Client is India’s largest public sector bank. They generate thousand of e-circular documents for communicating notifications/news internally. They wants to build a closed domain Knowledge based Question Answer system on policy documents. The application should able to retrieve exact answer from the corpus and also give relevant list of documents.

Fragma Data has built an intelligent search engine using Azure Data Platform components – Azure Data Factory, Azure EDW, and HD Insights for Big data and Analytics.
What impact did Fragma drive, how did the solution/offering address the customers business needs?
Helped client to retrieve relevant answers from their corpus of documents. The solution also has feedback mechanism to collect and incorporate feedback from users which makes it a much more accurate over period of time.
This solution has three major component, 1. Question classification, Information Retrieval and Answer extraction. We used Azure search engine for real time document retrieval, used NLP for identifying intent of the question and used DocumentDB to store user queries and feedback.
